Sorry to hear this, sorry for his family, and grateful to have met the man.

Over the years I talked to him many times on the phone, never met in person.

I had planned a Fall trip to GA to tour Macon and visit Skip & Renee.

Very sad news indeed. My sincere condolences to his family & friends.

RIP Skip....thank you for all of the music you shared with me and the support you showed for my music too. I can't say enough about your contributions to the music of Duane and the band. Some of the remixes I got from you made me feel like I was standing on the stage with the band.

Prayers for you and your family...you won't be forgotten but well thought of as a giving friend to many here

My heart is heavy with the sadness of Skip's passing ... but my soul is very happy to have known such a kind generous person ... my only regret is that we never got to meet face to face ...

I am so pleased that he and Renee found each other and that his last days were full of love ... I hope that Renee's pain of his loss is soon overcome by happy memories of that loving time that they spent together ... moments to be treasured forever ...

Very sad news RIP

This was a punch in the gut in spite of knowing how sick he was. The man was generous and loved the Allmans. I hope a eulogy is written that tells all he was. RIP Brother.

RIP Skip. You did remarkable work for all of us.

Skip was arguably the most underrated unsung hero of the entire Allmans fan community.

There are many people walking around who have enjoyed his remasters who don't even know who Skip Littlewood was.

This was a man who gave and gave to this community and never asked for a thing in return.

Rest In Peace to one of the best friends the Allman's music ever had.

So sorry to hear of the Captain's passing. A truly generous soul who so loved what he did. Best wishes to his family during this difficult time.

Very sorry to read this about Capt. Skipper. He was very generous to me and many others in this community. I hope that his family knows how much his remastering talent and his sharing nature have been appreciated throughout Peach-land.
