I just had to share this, even though I know some of you can't stand Springsteen, but I'm a big fan and he wrote his autobiography (called, obviously, Born to Run) and is going around to bookstores, where you buy a ticket and the ticket includes you getting to meet him, have your picture taken with him, get an autographed copy of his new hardcover book all for the whopping price of......$32.50!
I couldn't believe it. He could easily get 10x that for what he is doing, but he chose to make it affordable. I mean, the book alone will likely have that as the cover price! Of course, he is limiting tickets to 2 per person and they are selling out within seconds, and you have to show ID, so he's trying to limit the bots and scalping. I was quite impressed.
