Well, for me anyway, in Akron last night, Bob Dylan took the stage and ruled the World! It has never been more obvious to me, how an inspired and energetic audience, can inspire and energize an artist! Bob's voice, a bit raspy and horse in comparison to last Friday night, but this show was full tilt, teetered on drifting into Rock and Roll show territory! EveryLove song, heartbreaker, rocker and ballad perfect! All Yous that are sophisticated down loaders, find this show! Concert goers, get Your ticket!!!! This was in my top 3 from Bob .........Peace.....joe

Wow great to hear that Bob is still bringing it that hard. He was at Frost Amphitheatre at Stanford a few weeks ago but I didn't go (this time).

He, sounded great on Nov. 1st, but the crowd provided little energy as did Bob, this show was better, hats off to Bob and the Akron fans. This band is stunning if You can really enjoy the nuances and interplay, Bob Britt's addition is especially cool and neat to see Matt Chamberlain drumming. I always love Bob's voice, guess it's like eating Cilantro, You like it or You dont?...........Peace......joe

They say You cant aquire a taste for it, either You like it or You dont. (The cilantro that is.)

I saw the show in Columbus and I enjoyed it. I was glad I went to see him again as it had been a number of years. I did like the arrangements and the loose flow that his band had. I can't say I was blown away exactly but very much enjoyed it and I though Bob was in fine form for being 78.

Good to hear. I am going to see him tomorrow night in Baltimore, Friday night in State College, PA and next Thursday at the Met in Philadelphia.

I hate cilantro but would love to see a good, powerful Dylan show. I think I have been to 2 and neither did it for me. I will see if I can find a recording of the show you mention. Thanks.

I am definitely a partisan Dylan fan. But tonight's show in Baltimore was one of the best I have seen from him in 4 or 5 years.
I acknowledge he is an acquired taste and not for everyone.
