Peachhead dzobo saw this tour at SUNY @ Stonybrook. Not to mention the original ABB, same venue, twice. Which is why I will hate Don forever..............

It's good to be the old dude who went to a very progressive institution that was just outside the range of Bill Graham's 50 mile performance exclusion zone from the Fillmore East. Smile 😉

Great picture. Too bad you couldn't be there. 😉

One interesting note was that for my senior year at said institution (1972-73) the student body passed a referendum that would require all performers to set aside a certain percentage of their payday to a fund to be used in support of a number of causes. As a result almost no one came to perform. The requirement was rescinded mid-year and the groups returned.

the leon part of that picture was a black light poster that my brother had on his wall for years. i might have to try and find one of those. Grin
