Quite a good deal right now. Bought a new place about 2 1/2 miles from the racetrack, a pretty much abandoned vineyard that got so torn up from folks that parked here during the Pop festival the guy just gave up.
Some folks tore up the vines thinking the leaves were good for smoking, some just drove over the terraces tearing down vines, wire, posts, and stole irrigation pipe and sold it for scrap.
I've got some of the terraces clear enough to drive the tractor down and plan of cutting trees on 2 terraces and re-establish part of the vineyard.
I'm not going to clear much since I've got 2 bucks roaming around with their harems following, turkeys, raccoons, opossums (they keep the snakes at bay), foxes, coyotes, rabbits, bobcats, owls, hawks, and the occasional bear travelling the sometimes running creek.
Oh yeah, I've got the wood chipper running and if any of the Vayloetts need to use it, send them over. Tell them they have to bring their spangly thongs too.

@jerry doin wonderful!!! miss thang workin on bein a pharmacy tech and just as beautiful as ever,,,,,lil thang is in kinnygarden now,,,she doin mini tractor pulls wich is a basic lawn mower pullin a sled,,,,,,miss thang got a damn good man dat i love muchly,,,,,,,all is good here,,,,,,,how you been doin,,,long time no see!!!
