just ordered some wannee cd's. had some bad experiences in the past. just wondering how long the ship time is these days...

I just ordered the les brers set from wane. I got it in 2 or 3 days . pretty quick

I ordered a CD set of the 10/28/14 show about two weeks ago. Delivery was quick.
One of the CD's was damaged. I emailed MunckMusic's customer service a couple of times last week for a replacement of the damaged CD. No response. I tried again today.
They do not provide a telephone number for customer service which I find a bit annoying.
I don't want to flame them just yet.
