Anyone heard this new Steve Winwood album?

Just got it the other day. It's called "Winwood Greatest Hits Live", which is kind of a lame title. It should be called, "Steve Winwood and a Killer Band Kicking ASS".
It sounds like basically the same band he had when he was opening for the ABB back in 2013.
There are mainly the "hits" from all his bands (Spencer Davis Group, Blind Faith, Traffic) and some of his later 1980s solo stuff. He even throws in "Them Changes" from Buddy Miles and Jimi Hendrix. There are a few duds (in my opinion), but overall this is a total all-out rocker. One of the best live albums you are going to hear these days for sure. Steve Winwood can burn up an organ like very few others.
Anyone else listened to it? What do you think?

I've seen a lot of ads for it, and as a big Traffic fan, I've sampled it quickly. Some of it sounded kind of flat, but it sounds like it's worth another listen.

Hadn't even heard of it. But, I just checked out the track listing and I will definitely be picking this up.
I am a huge fan of the Traffic era, but also really like the 80's stuff. Especially dig When You See A Chance.
This actually has me stoked.

haven't heard the album but saw Steve in April - put on a great show. I'm sure the album is in the same league.

Spotiied this tonight. I love it! Yeah it's got a laid back vibe, but the positive spin on that would be that the bad is just TIGHT. I'm guessing there's not much improv in the set, but I don't care. It's good music.

What's particularly awesome is that his voice hasn't lost anything.

I don't think many would argue that Stevie has/had one of the best voices in rock. Certainly a very distinctive one. He's one of my favorite singers. I've been a fan for 50 years. Just listened to "Last Exit" last week. Shanghai Noodle Factory is a hard song to get out of your head. Wow! Can't believe Spencer Davis Group was 50 years ago. We is gettin' old!

Loved the tune he sang on from the Mule CD "Shout." I saw him and his band once and that was as the Sunday night closer at my final Mountain Jam a few years back. Warren came out and joined the band for their, I think, final tune. It was a great set and he and his band were excellent.
