Another ARU Video

Neat stuff...
The shows approach!!! I'm looking forward to what I expect will be two of the best shows I've ever attended.

Can't wait for the Atlanta and Athens shows! Only two more weeks!

Thank you for the post. I was lamenting the notion I would be out of town for 3 out of 4 weekends due to music, but it ends with the ARU in Atlanta and Athens. Rob, up for a bite or beverage before the show(s)?
I believe Brock is going to one or both as well.
Blooby

Blooby, I would not be opposed to a pre-show beverage My wife wants to get to the Buckhead Theater show early to snag some posters, so we will have time to kill before that show. Maybe we could meet up near the merch booth?
If Brock is going too, he knows what I look like, but I'm a 6"4" 250 pound, sort of Viking looking dude with a goatee.
SO EXCITED!

Hey guys, it is killing me to say I won't make either show. This is the weekend of my annual trip to VA for the Old Fiddler's Convention. I had even purchased tix for Athens on the off chance (hope?) that the trip got scrapped. Nothing else could have kept me away.
Enjoy these shows and I'll toast you w/ some mountain dew!

Sorry to hear you won't make it, Brock, but apparently for an excellent reason.
Rob, I, too, am looking a tad nordic these days. I will see you in Valhalla. Check you PM.

Wow. I'm 6' 4", 239 pounds. I kinda look like a God. My wife is a rhythmic gymnast, yoga instructor and lingerie model. We make quite the couple. 😛
Hey Brock that Fiddlers Convention looks fantastic. It's about 4 hours down the road from me. I'm going to see Kimock on the 4th and the wife is on vacation that week, so I don't know if I can make it this year. But I'm sure going to try next year.

Only 2 more days! There are lots of recordings from the first shows of the ARU tour, and guess what? NEW SONGS!
Phantoms On The Curb
1911
My Brother's House
The Dragon
Unless these are obscure covers I'm not familiar with, these are all new original ARU tunes. Phantoms On The Curb could be seen as a radical reworking of No One To Blame/No Reason To Complain, since Bruce uses some of the same lyrics in both, but that would be a stretch because the music is totally different.
The one thing this band never did was create a studio album worthy of their live show. Hopefully they fix that this time around.
