African music diva Angelique Kidjo will be performing Talking Heads "Remain In Light" at Wolf Trap Aug 7 and elsewhere this summer, only a few appearances. Gonna be phenomenal!

Found her record "Oremi" in the bargain bin last week - now on permanent spin - it isn't playing fair, has pretty much made all my records temporarily obsolete. Branford Marsalis shines on track 6. She's a heavy hitter, 3 Grammys, currently Jazz Master in Residence at Harvard University.
