wow I wore that album out back in the early 70's. it was called fm live and the cover showed the radio tuned to wnew fm 102.7. scott muni did the intro on the record.

David Gilmour's first solo album. I hadn't listened to that in years and gave it a WTH spin. Blew me away.

Elvin Bishop...Live, Raisin Hell! You can tell that whole band is having a LARGE TIME jamming on that entire album.
Obscure 70's Minneapolis band that never got a break but almost made the big time in spite of it.

I thought this record was disappointing, only "Good time feeling", rocked, lots of filler. The Dickey record that is " underrated is "Pattern Disruptive". Warren's breakout....

I love me some Johnny Winter - Still Alive And Well, Classic gritty blues RnR. Strong throughout, From the covers to the punchy power rock & blues right down to the beautiful balled Cheap Tequila w/Rick Derringer.
Roadwork - Live Edgar Winter w/ Johnny and Rick is another good one. I don’t know anyone who has ever pulled that one out besides me. The Still Alive and Well version on this one rocks!

I was pleasantly surprised how well that one rocked!
The Neville Brothers "Yellow Moon". I popped this in on the way to work early one morning after not hearing it in years. I could feel the swampy funky voodoo vibe oozing out of my speakers that day. They cover a lot of different ground on that album, but it feels like a cohesive piece of work.

Recently revisited "Ton Ton Macoute" by Johnny Jenkins, after hearing "Blind Bats and Swamp Rats" on Southern Blood - incredible.

I love this album! It has enough "Allmanesque" sound plus (to my ears anyway) an 80s rock sound to it, which I really liked as a teenager at the time.
