Looking into seeing Phish there this summer. Any advice on places to stay close to the venue.

Richard Ira "Dick" Bong (September 24, 1920 – August 6, 1945) is the United States' highest-scoring air ace, having shot down at least 40 Japanese aircraft during World War II. He was a fighter pilot in the U.S. Army Air Forces (USAAF) and a recipient of the Medal of Honor. All of his aerial victories were in the P-38 Lightning fighter aircraft.

We've always camped at a place in Mukwonago (Country View Campground might be the name?). They are very festival-friendly and make a point of placing people attending Alpine Valley shows together and away from other campers. It is a very chill place and you will find yourself amongst friendly, like-minded people (anyway it used to be ... it's been awhile since I've attended an AV show). Seems like I heard that there was camping on site now, too? Enjoy your Phish show, IP! It's a great place for a show!

Thanks for the advice. Really looking forward to these shows as it is my vacation for the summer.

Book a room at the ski lodge behind the music theater. You can use the swimming pool all day and walk up thru the back entrance to the music theater

When you call to book a room tell them you booking a room to some up and golf all weekend. They give you a better rate than if you tell them you booking rooms to see the concerts.

We stayed there from 1976 thru 2002 for every concert we went to at Alpine Valley. Now they do not book any bands we want to see up there. We live 30 miles south.
