During Howard's interview of Peter Frampton this week, Howard mentioned that he saw the ABB open for EWF and get booed off the stage at the Fillmore.

Accurate? If so, what date?

Was likely Blood Sweat and Tears in late 1969.

I heard the show. It was BS&T.

I've never listened to any Blood, Sweat, and Tears.

A wiser fella than myself once said that their music was rather alien to him, so I never bothered to check them out.

This is an excellent album:

The album was selected for the 2006 book 1001 Albums You Must Hear Before You Die.

Thanks for the correction - pretty sure Howard did say BS&T, to your point.

Hard to imagine the brothers ever getting booed off a stage, but I suppose the contrast in fan profiles would be the cause for that?
