Allman Betts Band

Last night's show was a lot of fun !! Lot's of interaction between band members and their guests / friends. The band was tight and I recommend anyone on the fence to go - you will not be disappointed !! Encore included all 18 musicians for the Midnight Rider - beautiful. The only downfall was that the sound was messed up and the band had to take an early and extended break to switch out soundboards and the house system. Anyway, to make up for the "late" ending show, the band did a meet and greet after the show and Devon ordered a ton of pizza for all to enjoy. They were generally gracious for the sold out show , as I said they played their asses off.
Hope we get them again next year ( or sooner )

I went to the these concerts the last two years and they are some of the best bang for your buck you can get IMHO.
2.5 hrs + of great music and musicianship with special guests and you can tell the musicians are really enjoying themselves.
I have 2nd row center tickets for me and the wife this Friday at the Boston Orpheum Theater and can't wait.
