Allman Betts 3/14 Santa Cruz Postponed

I'm bummed, had a ticket and a date with someone new. Of course, it's fear over COVID-19. Oh well............they say they will try to reschedule the show.
I just hope all this craziness is over by the first week in July. Just spend $459 (music + camping + parking) on High Sierra Festival in the N. California mountains July 2-6. Joe Russo's Almost Dead, Railroad Earth, Ziggy Marley, AOL, California Honeydrops.......and on.......and on.......and on. With 10,000 attendees, they will be sure to shut this down if the scare is not over by then.
Really cool Festival, I went just once, 2012. Really a laid back 60's vibe going on, just a very friendly crowd. I saw several young ladies breastfeeding in public. Why not? They knew everyone was cool, and everyone was.

I feel your pain Rob, ABB just cancelled their McDonald Theater in Eugene show, too. No rescheduling for this one. I was so stoked for this show, cause Duane Betts is a monster on guitar and I knew they would play either Jessica or Liz Reed near the end, two of my favorite songs of all time. . And Oteil & Friends at the McDonald in April is postponed indefinitely. My favorite bass player of all time, but haven't seen him since 2012 or so with TTB. This corona virus scare sucks. Sure hope the scare is over by summertime so you can enjoy the festival.

I guess they cancelled eight shows on The West Coast. That's too bad.
Everything in Moderation. Including Moderation.

According to the Allman Betts Band Facebook page they were ask or told to cancel the rest of their shows on the west coast. Duane Betts wrote they are determined to eventually play all those dates as soon as possible. It's fallout from covid 19.

Thanks blackey I had not heard that.

Thank you Blackey. This bit of info gives me hope that we might still get to see the Allman Betts Band in Oregon (and California) this year. I'm hoping they will reschedule the McDonald Theater show, too, as the McDonald Theater website said earlier that it was cancelled, not to be rescheduled.
