Sources close to Gregg Allman have confirmed that the legendary singer and co-founder of The Allman Brothers Band has rekindled the flame with superstar and Hollywood legend Cher.
Allman is currently in Muscle Shoals, Alabama, working on a new record with his 7 piece band known as Gregg Allman & Friends. Recording is taking place at the reknowned FAME Studio which lists in it's history many of the great Soul records to come out of the 1960's.
According to sources close to Allman, Gregg and Cher have been seen cavorting around Muscle Shoals in between recording sessions. Cher was noted by some to be sporting an expensive multi-diamond engagement ring.
According to Cher, "I never knew this person who is now sober and healthy. The size of his heart is enormous, and I really believe it when he says that he'll be true to me from here on in." Cher adds, "After visiting his home in Georgia, I truly believe I can become a Southern belle, even at this stage in life".

Earlier today I message a buddy who is going to Wanee that Cher was recording with Gregg and that rumors were swimming she was going to appear at Wanee.
He took it hook, line and sinker.
