AC/DC

Well, it took a couple months, but I finally got tickets to see AC/DC in Dallas on Feb. 23 at the American Airlines Center. Since ticketmaster sold out immediately, had to save up a bit and get tickets from stubhub. It cost about $330 for 2 upper balcony seats. Didn't want to do that, but had no choice. At least we'll get to see the band for what's most likely their final tour. I've heard great reviews so far. Has anyone in here gone to any shows? Is there an opening act? Also, getting tickets on ticketmaster (AKA Ticketbastard) is such an ordeal now. I think that each venue on tours need to start selling tickets independently.

Saw them over the summer outdoors at MetLife Stadium and had so much fun that am going again indoors at MSG in April. I agree they are likely near the end of their touring life and they still play some great rock & roll! I think you made a good choice. They did have an opening act last summer, and I saw Billy Gibbons last week and he switched opening acts because his previous one went to go open for AC/DC so seems like they are continuing to have an opener.

Just read that Vintage Trouble opened on the first US leg. I've heard some of their music, it's pretty good. Maybe they'll open these current shows as well.
