I recently acquired this September 14, 1973 Seattle ABB poster. When i went to look up the show, it was not listed. Wondering if this is an oversight or if there is some other explanation?

What’s the simplest photo sharing site that you all are using on here? Having trouble posting this image

I used photobucket.com for years to post pictures on this website. But about a year or two ago, they started charging a monthly fee to use their website as a third party hosting site. That's when I dropped out.

Hopefully someone here has a suggestion for a FREE third party photo hosting site because I would be interested in using it as well.

I've been using "Tinypic" since I have been on this site.

Could it be one of those fake posters that get mass produced and sold? I've seen several over the years.

Van Halen/Bon Jovi Philadelphia 87
Blues Brothers/Jerry Garcia Louisville, KY
George Harrison/Bob Marley

As far as I know none of those shows/tours never happened, but I have seen the posters. Van Halen didn't do any shows in 1987. George Harrison did so few solo shows in his career that I'm pretty sure a show with Marley didn't happen.

I hope it is a legit poster for you, but sometimes fakes get produced for a mass market.

I switched to Imgur.com for image hosting.

Screen capture from the net for Billboard Magazine for Sept 73

I like the bottom of the poster "Tickets Available At". Remember when you had to go somewhere to buy tickets?

GREAT poster. Congrats. Wonder if there was one for the Vancouver show? Did the MTB appear
there as well? Vancouver 1973 was, I think, the last Canadian ABB concert until Toronto in 1991
or so.....

I was at the end of that in-person ticket era. The one time I stood in line, Clapton came to Pittsburgh in 1998. I stood outside the hockey arena the day tickets were avsilavle, real early the morning after the last day of finals my freshman year. I was so hung over I could barely live. All the “old” people in line around me were merciless in making fun of me. Got an awesome seat though.

I haven’t seen one for PORTLAND OR Vancouver. Offen they were identical images with different ticket venues and dates.
