I'll go with what I think is the single most underrated song in the ABB songbook:
Old Before My Time
The song never quite transitioned well to the big stage, but the studio version is a haunting masterpiece. I love that they didn't "reverb up" Gregg's vocals. Made him that much more vulnerable sounding. The melody and phrasing just flows.
The layers of instruments in the songs including Derek's rhythm slide parts are just perfect. Gregg & Warren singing together in the chorus (bridge?) is perfect (and only comes around once in the song). Great ending to the song by finishing on a verse line.
Play it on a good stereo and give this one another listen. Well worth it.

Pegasus.

So Long
From The Madness of the West
You Can't Get To Heaven On a $10 Bill
Tombstone Eyes
Just Another Love Song

1. Pegasus,
We never heard it after about 1980. I believe that it was nominated for a Grammy in '79.
2. Just Ain't Easy

3. Low Down Dirty Mean
4. Can't Lose What You Never Had
5. Please Call Home
High Falls. Was lucky to see it live once with Dickey and Jack Pearson

Leave My Blues At Home
That is my hands down favorite from the early studio Duane days. It is funky and GA was vocally on it perfect.

"Old Before My Time" . I more then agree with hotlantatim. OUTRAGEOUS SONG!! Just the guitar break alone can haunt you.

I could not agree more on this one.

L.M.B.A.H. , listen to it live, 12/13/70, great tune. Jelly Jelly, why they never played it live I don't
Know. Crazy Love, great song by Dickey. I love High Cost of Low Living. Dimples
The song brother Duane sang and Jackie Pearson sang the hell out of it also.
Oh Pretty Woman, done only by the original ABB, don't know why, it should have been
One of the songs brought back at the Beacon.

I'll give two songs
1. Maybe We Can Go Back to Yesterday. The album was lame but that song was one of Dickey's better non-instrumental writing efforts
2. Blind Love-It's kinda formulaic, but the playing scorches and Gregg lets it rip

1) Jelly Jelly
2) Need your love so bad
3) Hot 'Lanta
4) No one to run with
5) Pony Boy

Is there such a thing?! 😉 Popular and underrated are kinda of subjective.
If I had to pick a few that are not more of they're "known" songs they would be...
Desdemona
Nobody Knows
Les Bres
Can't Lose What You Never Had
Bad Rain
