I’m couch surfing. Thought I’d give updates.

Set 1: 7:33 pm onstage
DWYNM > AMCTB (overlaid with a Gregg vocal and video at the beginning)
Statesboro derek on slide
Revival
Trouble No More (warren on all vocals so far)
Don’t keep me wondering (1st fireworks of the night! Derek crushes)
Black hearted woman
Dreams (warren on lead and smokes it. Derek up next)
Hot’lanta
Come and go blues (with chuck)
Will the circle be unbroken tease > Soulshine (with extended chuck at intro)
Stand back
Jessica
1st set ends 9:07

2nd set: 9:43
Mountain Jam (little nod to butch) >
Blue sky (chuck vocals)
Desdemona
AWTNM
Every hungry woman
Melissa
Afro blue tease > Liz Reed
No One To run With
One way out there (fast tempo)

Encore/3rd set
Jaime addresses the crowd
Midnight rider
Whipping post

Feedback so far: they are tight. Warrens voice is amazing. Derek still struggles cutting through the mix just like at the beacon. Ripping through songs. 6 songs in 30 mins.

Feedback 2: how in the world can these guys be this tight? They are locked in. I’m amazed.

Final 1st set feedback. Just wow. How in the world can they do this on a one off show? They are musicians of the highest caliber.

Rowland and. Lana. Thank you for always doing what you do and keeping this site alive. We love and appreciate you.

2nd set feedback: these guys are not human. Just bonkers

This was a special night by and for special people

Nice....thanks for the update. I was wondering what they would open with. The first two seem appropriate enough!!!

Wish I was there!

Ahh wish I was there too. Thanks for the updates everyone.

Who was the poster that used to give us the writeups of the Beacon shows?

Cant remember his name.

Long live the Allman Brothers Band!!!

It looks like Warren is going to carry the majority of the vocals .

Playing great but volume hit and miss in 210 here. Couldn’t hear any Derek in Dreams, no Warren in Soulshije til the end. Band still sounds great. Epic Jessica.

The live mix is awful. The only thing that made it better is they made it louder, particularly the guitars. Chuck has been barely audible. And the drums and bass lack any power.

Seems like the sound engineer doesn’t know how to mix an arena.

I just barely got everything signed up signed in and hooked up on time to the TV and stereo.

Good times.

Pretty by the book so far, and as mentioned, pretty quick. Think they have a lot of ground to cover and just want to knock them out. Nice to relive the memories and see it actually happening.

The stream is pretty good. Video and audio is not synched perfect. Camera cuts have been ok. Once or twice they were on the wrong shot while Derek was soloing or something. I'd like just a 3 camera shot with one entire stage view and a couple occasional zoom ins, but these days, producers love having like 10-12 cameras and bouncing around every 30 seconds or less.

Yowsa! The stream is almost like being at the Beacon, or being at the Beacon via Moogis.
Such a first set! Reese right there, Chuck gracing the music, Warren and Derek and Oteil
plus the drummers, are on it. What a band!! The house looks good, and full, lights are tight.
The pace and timing would seem to fit the "leaked schedule". That, plus Warren's remarks
about lots of music tonight, point towards a nice second set.

Yes, the lights look very good, way better than any Allmans show before I've seen.

No Gregg, no Butch.

But 5 of the 7 that played 10/28/14 are on stage! And it's cool! I wasn't that into the hype leading up to it, but glad I'm watching.
