Apparently he and Dickey began talking on the phone occasionally after that overture to Dickey. I guess Gregg played more shows with Dickey than anyone except Butch and Jaimoe.
Where you tempted to say " When Duane called you to join his new band in March 1969.....you were in LA and the band was in Jacksonville. How did you get across the country?"
