Yes - Harte's Saloon is around 99th and Western, near Beverly. I am going to try to make it - I have a wedding the weekend before, but should be able to go on the 22nd.
Winter not quite ready to give up here. Been decent the last several days forecasting a couple more inches of snow for tomorrow. That means we'll either get none at all or a foot of white stuff....

Beautiful today, but they are saying 4-8 inches of snow Friday.
Today is awesome. People downtown were in short sleeves. Bright and sunny. Friday could be another issue but the weather people always exaggerate these things.

Just picked up tickets to see Dave Mason and the Outlaws in May - also pretty close to home - where Droogie and I saw Buddy Guy.

Interesting combination. They are playing The Pabst Theatre in Milwaukee. Beautiful place. Think Chicago Theatre light. Might go up and and see that show. Dave Mason is awesome. Brofan and I saw The Outlaws at HOB years ago. I think it was right before Hughie passed away. Might have been 300 people in the whole place. It was nice being on the floor with nobody bumping into you. Great show. I think I knew almost everything they did.

Checked the tracking it says should be delivered by 9 PM today. My guess is maybe tomorrow?

Greetings and good morning. Still puzzling how with all the technology, satellites etc. weather forecasting can be so far off. "Depends on how the storm tracks..." Well, duh. They might as well just say "it's likely to snow and you could get anywhere from nothing to a foot." Then they're covered.

Well, I guess cutting out carbs and sugar and doing 5 miles on the bike a day worked - lost 20 pounds and my glucose and A1C numbers are all in the normal range ...

Was supposed to play golf today since it was going to be in the 50's - but of course it is raining .... have to stick to indoor for a while longer I guess ...
Glad you are doing well Sang. I thought about you this morning as I was riding a stationary bike at my therapists. I got up to 2.5 miles in 12 minutes I think it was. Could be wrong.

Was at a Bob Weir show last night, got to thinking about the old days when so many of us went to shows around the fine venues of the Midwest...
KC is at an all-time low when it comes to landing tour dates in just about every genre. Decades of shady tactics and all the old school promoters here are persona non grata with most of the labels and national promoters.
Tedeschi Trucks this July though, the Music Hall is a fine venue.
That should have been 37 posts. I'm exhausted.
Bhawk! So wott do you think about the Blackhawks rebuild? I actually went to Kane's last home game with my son & his girlfriend. Can't believe they traded Domi too - no one left to build around ...
