Thank you all for your well wishes. It is quite stressful but she is obviously going through worse. I live three states away. My only brother lives about an hour away from her and wants nothing to do with the situation. They haven't spoken in about 12 years.

I just got a new Randy Wayne White novel from the library, Mangrove Lightning.
Not sure if anyone has read this guy's books, he lives in Southwest Florida and many of his novels take place in and around here. I recommend them.
Well, not sure if any of you read books, for that matter, ha.
Anyhow, I may not do a darn thing 'work related' today and read this book, now, does that sound like the actions of a lazy ass ?
Nobody reads book anymore. Got to be on some sort of mobile device. Walking down the street and girls run into me cuz they aren't paying attention.

I've read most of his stuff but haven't started the most recent one. It's seemed like had a ghost writers a few novels back.
In that genre Tom Corcoran is real good with the Alex Rutledge series.

you'll love Corcoran he's a much better writer than RW
John D started in 1950. He's the king of the south Florida crime/mystery novels
makes you live on a boat, drink, save women and perhaps kill someone along the way
