Actually we had a great view of all the screens and the spectacle.... and the sound was amazing - using the old Pink Floyd surround sound..............

First time I saw him I had $25 tickets. My buddy and I sold our extra pair for twice that and got in for free.

So my mom came home from the hospital Sunday. She has intestinal cancer. I thought she was going to rehab (That's what they told me). So they have nurses coming to look after her. From time to time I guess. She doesn't want me to come home and take care of her.

Probably doesn't want me to see her as she is.

Thanks Buddy. Kind of a helpless feeling. And there's so much to deal with. I'm going to have to take care of a bunch of things. Guess I'll be back in Michigan a lot. I'm pissed they sent her home.

Yeah I haven't seen Marc Ford in years. One of the best shows I have ever seen was (ironically) at St Andrews in Detroit 4-1-2000. Gov't Mule with North Mississippi All Stars opening. Marc Ford was in town finishing up recording a solo album. He played the entire second set with Mule. Last song Luther came out. Wow, the three of them together? Off the charts.
