Hey there sweet family,
The Allman Brothers Band is appearing in concert at the beautiful (check it out: http://www.redrocklasvegas.com/) Red Rock Resort & Casino in Las Vegas Sunday May 24th. In case you’re wondering, that *is* the Sunday of Memorial Day weekend. Tickets for the show go on sale Saturday, March 28th, at 10:00 AM.
However (don’t you just love it when there’s a “However” ? ) , Hittin’ the Web and the fine folks at Red Rock Resort & Casino (Hey, 3RC!!) have a little surprise for you … something even better than a pre-sale! We’re holding a contest to give away a pair of tickets to the concert and a same weekend stay at Red Rock Resort & Casino! Travel to and from Las Vegas is not included in the prize package.
To enter, answer the following question and send your response to:
email@example.com with the 3RC Contest in the subject line:
How many times has the Allman Brothers Band played in Las Vegas prior to this year?
Also include your Peach Corps user name, real name, address and phone number in the email.
All entries must be received by 8:00 PM EDT, Thursday, March 26th.
At that time we’ll review the entries, place all the correct ones in the proverbial hat and select the winner.
Friday morning we will personally contact, and send out a Peach-O-Gram announcing, the winner. We will also post Congratulations on http://www.allmanbrothersband.com , and make the announcement in the Guest Book and Forum. In other words, don’t be shy about entering because the whole Peach Corps is going to know you won! 😉
The contest is open to members of the Peach Corps in good standing, who were registered as of March 23rd, 2009.
Please note: The Allman Brothers Band concert at Red Rock Resort & Casino on May 24th is a 21 and over event, SRO, no chairs.
Please do not enter the contest if you cannot attend this show. The hotel room and tickets are non-transferable. Travel to and from Las Vegas is not included in the prize package.
And now, an important message to AOL Peach Corps members:
AOL users, please read! If you don’t want us to unsubscribe you, please add our email address (the one in the “From:” field) to your address book, and go to your Spam Folder and click “This is not spam.” We get email bounces from AOL all the time that look like people have marked the Peach-O-Gram as spam, but checking with them individually, they are telling us they did no such thing. But AOL says if we continue sending emails to those email addresses, we could lose access to all of AOL. Thanks for your help, and since we’re not AOL users, if any of you have more insights on how to deal with this, please let us know.
Please join us in zenning positive, healing vibes to all those knowingly and unknowingly in need …
Take care and know that you are loved,
Lana and Rowland
