We’ve got some great news, and a secret, to share.

First, the great news – we get to announce the special guests who will be appearing at Another One For Woody, November 22, at the Roseland Ballroom in NYC! Yay! So, without further adieu, joining The Allman Brothers Band, Gov’t Mule & The North Mississippi Duo will be … (SFX: drum roll) Audley Freed, Berry Oakley, Jr., Chuck Garvey, Edwin McCain, Gordie Johnson, Hook Herrerra, Jim Loughlin, Kevn Kinney, Rich Robinson, Robert Kearns, Vinny Amico and the ever popular “more”.

Last week we told you how volunteers were needed to pass out stickers after upcoming Allman Brothers Band and Gregg Allman shows in support of Gregory’s much anticipated new solo release Low Country Blues. The stickers are related to a contest promoting the album. Response to the call for volunteers has been awesome! Thank you so much!! Participation is on a first-come, first-served basis, so don’t hesitate, step up to the plate!

For helping out you’ll receive:

• An advance copy of the album
• An autographed CD
• A vinyl copy too when they are available

We’ll get back in touch with you to let you know if you’re in!

The stickers will be available at the Hittin’ the Note table at Allman Brothers Band concerts.

Be sure to pick them up before the concert ends, so you’ll be set to pass them out immediately afterwards.
As for the contest, the rules are simple:

a) Get a sticker at a show – or download the image from the link given below and print it out.
b) Put the sticker or your printout anywhere. Be creative!
c) Take a photo of where you put it.
d) Go to Gregg’s Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/greggallman
e) “Like” his page, then post your photo.

The 25 photos with the highest “Like” totals on 1/12/11 will get a digital copy of the album, emailed to you before anyone else can buy it, an autographed CD and a copy of the vinyl LP in a deluxe gatefold album jacket!
