The fine folks at Hittin’ the Note are spreading the word that they’re going to put out all 15 shows from the Allman Brothers Band’s recent historic Beacon run on CD – and we’re happy to help them! 🙂
You will be able to purchase individual shows or the whole “Beacon Box” which will include all 15 shows, plus the ABB at Warren’s 20th annual Christmas Jam, plus 40 pictures from the run taken by Kirk West during rehearsals and during the performances. But wait – there’s more! The box will be custom made to look like the Beacon Theatre marquee and each box will be registered with a serial number.

Apropos of nothing, Sisters, I found the cutest sandals at DSW last night! Suede Minnetonka’s (which are the most comfortable in the world), with Peace sign adornment! You can bet they will be on my dancing feet all over the U.S. with the Allman Brothers Band this summer. In fact, darn, I should have bought two pairs. (aside: Still time for that.
