2003 BONNAROO ANNOUNCEMENT

Superfly Productions, in association with A.C. Entertainment, is proud to
announce the initial lineup for the 2003 Bonnaroo Music Festival. Confirmed
to take place June 13-15, 2003, the second annual three-day and music
camping festival will be held on the same pristine 600-acre farm in
Manchester, Tennessee, 60 miles south of Nashville. Thirty two of the 60-plus
artists that will appear at the festival are listed below.

We are anticipating several major additions to the line up to be announced
shortly, so be sure to visit www.bonnaroo.com and join the Bonnaroo mailing
list to stay up to date on new additions to the schedule.

Tickets for the 2003 Bonnaroo Music Festival will go on sale Saturday,
February 22nd at 10:00 AM Eastern Time through www.bonnaroo.com.
