I attended last Friday and Saturday night shows and thought they were Great shows: interesting mix of Haynes w/ Tel/Trucks and great guests. Not quite an ABB show but I was thoroughly pleased and bought both shows on CD to enjoy again..
That Said.
The management of this entire Beacon run was a MESS!! Announce Warren and Derek are leaving before TIX go on sale became a Scalpers Dream (why not wait until the Box office opened); Tickets on StubHub simultaneously with Ticket Master? How does that work?(Ticket Master admitted to issues); add shows after original listed shows so a dope like me pays way more for "The Last ABB show at the Beacon" and then have 4 more added? (my bad since they did this in prior years). And now postpone the shows w/o Gregg (after the 2 I attended)since you say the play is not up to par?
A Mess
I did really enjoy my 2 shows without Gregg but maybe some consideration of a "rain Date" for those who attended those shows?
Just sayin/askin.
I DID LOVE MY 2 SHOWS
They REALLY need to fix the calendar on the front page of this website - the next show is NOT in 6 hours and blah blah minutes. Grrrrr.

You would think TM would know the last 4 shows are cancelled. What a bunch of knucleheads. I want my money back!
Hey, y'all - you know who you are! I SO loved see in' y'all this past (long) weekend! Great shows, great times, great people! Pouring out onto the sidewalk after the shows, seeing all your beautiful faces, everyone celebrating being alive in that very moment. Such love. Once more, sometime soon my friends, once more sometime soon...
Get well, Gregory !!! Would have loved to see the ABB on Saturday ...
Now I had to cancel my flight from Frankfurt Germany and my stay at the Beacon Hotel
I don't know whether I can make it to the rescheduled concert ... 🙁
I agree 100% with Rusty's post. Over the years 'wanttabe's' have jumped in and posted news that they had no business posting. Let all news be 'offical'.
Hello
The Michael Allman Band is a wall of sound featuring some of the finest musicians in the live scene today. Eldest son of legend Gregg Allman, Michael tells his tales of life on the road thru his original driving rock songs, bluesy ballads & classic Allman Brothers heavy hitters. An all-American band & show not to be missed. Currently on the road throughout the U.S.
I hope you all will give Michael a listen at an upcoming show in the near furure!
