Dear Valued Fan: The Allman Brothers Band recently announced the postponement of the remaining four Beacon Theatre performances as Gregg Allman recovers from bronchitis. As a result of Mr. Allman’s illness, the Allman Brothers Band is unable to perform at the level of which they aspire. Your original tickets are still good and will be honored once the new date is announced so please hold onto your tickets. Prefer a refund? We'll refund your order, if requested, including fees (except UPS and InStore Pick Up, if applicable), but we do encourage you to hold onto your tickets until the new date is announced. If requesting a refund, just hit reply to this email, include the last four digits of the credit card used for purchase, the order number, and the name on the account, and we'll take care of it for you! We'll refund your order immediately, but please note that it can take about 7 – 10 business days to post to your account.
