God bless and Lord, please continue to bless and ease Joseph's suffering and lift up and bless his giving and loving caretakers, give them the strength and understadning and peace as they love and care for their dear friend. wonderful evening going back to Daytona ...the Atlantic Ocean and its sparkling breezes refresh my Soul and wash peace and joy over me like no other place I know. Kevin and I are at our best alone together rambling down the interstate , listening to tunes and heading for a show...Nothing like it. Floyd Miles, the man, is such a great blessing to his family and friends , I thank God for bringing the Miles family into our lives. Deborah and Chris, always a pleasure and special treat to see you both, we will never forget your loving kindness toward our daughter, you both rock. Bill and Patty, love you both. Patti Talton too. Daytona Beach was firing on every cylinder last night... Nascar in town, Motorheads all aglow, racing flags and American flags flying high , hard-core Daytona bikers rumbling up and down Main Street, Floyd Mile, Tommy Talton and Cowboy lifting their voices to the heavens , sharing their talents... TT 'slide....rare, gorgeous...Have Mercy! Kevin and I had drifted to a seat in the back for a moment of alone time, when someone on stage, perhaps it was Scott, started talking about the first time he met Brother Duane, how DA was sitting at a little table in the back corner, then he pointed toward where Kevin and I were sitting, and I felt that sort of shock , that realization of how much we all lost the day Heaven claimed Duane Allman for her own.
