I was at the Sox game and my voice is gone. Coolest live sporting event I have ever been to in my life. Totally lost my voice. The crowd stayed in the stands for at least 15 minutes after the game cheering wildly. Ozzie came out and waved to everyone. Interestingly enough took the red line from Belmont to 35th street and right in the heart of Wrigleyville tons of people wearing Sox hats. Sure looks like a Sox town to me right now.

Sherry Bluesky..We will surely keep your neice and husband in our prayers...Hopefully it is just that communications are down... .belated :birthday: Capt Skipper..thanks for all you do mastering the LIVE trades.... Good to read of the fun in the Beacon City.... Looks like ol Fred put Wilma on a slow train to the Everglades.......Pray she'll be a good girl and kick up some fine fishing.... my sweet Kevin thought Wilma the perfect excuse to surprise me with a weekend vacation to Hot, or more like delighfully nippy 'Lanta...Atlanta sure is pretty on a saturday night.... Thanks to a few good friends in Macon and everybodies favorite Mama Louise , Mama Hill and Juanita, for everything... Special thanks to Brent, Randy, Johnny Sandlin, Carl , and most special thanks to 2 of my all time favorites.... guitar-man Jackie Pearson and his lovely wife Elizabeth....Your gracious Southern hospitality and grand music is beyond compare.... Randall..Jackie was honored with his copy of the fabulous 5-disc fans-choice ABB Blues set....I wish you could have seen his face when I explained what it was..Priceless.... Brent, how about that Jack!!! The highlight of the evening.....Jack was just htn all night long....but he played this new song......didnt catch the entire name..something about rain....Have mercy....the best new instrumental since MJ...I meant to tell you, this song had words, and it was still the best instrumental since MJ.....Unreal.....I turned around to see if it was just me...and my glance caught Kevin, Randy and Brent standing behind me with jaws dropped to the dance-floor.... I uploaded a few pix of the 2nd Street Music Hall and the Jack Pearson Band for everyones pleasure, while electric is still juicing... We also had the rare opportunity to catch a sinfuly good Tony Joe White at Old Smith's , talk about a rainy night in Georgia..Great show ...great little city... Congrats to the Windy City Sox Stay safe Ya'll...Ca

Yeah, they shouldn't give cartoon names to dangerous storms. I keep hearing Fred holler Wwwwwiiilllmmmaaaaa!!!!!! What is next? Hurricane Bugs or Daffy? Not to make light, Prayers to all those in Florida. I've been watching the weather channel, and CNN and these on the spot reporters, I expect to see one tethered to a big bungee cord with googles and a suit on, flying in the hurricane gusts, telling us how it is indeed ripping his skin off..... and the Gadsen write ups are incredible, Randy, Brent and others should be commended for an incredible event, it sounds.... next year...... can't wait to get the Lee Roy reports...

Fred and Wilma were the cartoon version of "The Honeymooners". Wilma and Betty were always the smart ones. They always forgave their all too human husbands even when they didn't deserve it. Wilma never stayed mad too long...

I'm wondering if my dad will call and come north from Dade City, FL. He probably won't get a direct hit, but he could be in for some serious lashing from wind and rain. Hope everyone fares well in FL. Keep us posted....

Thinking of all of you in Wilma's path...be safe. Glad everyone had a great time at LCNMB at Lucille's. You all were on my mind. It was a longggg night for me knowing what a great time was going on while I was chaperoning a Halloween party for a bunch of bratty "tweens" and a couple of three year olds who behaved better than the bratty tweens. I really missed you all!! Even Tuna was there! OMG! Ok Lefty, when is the next big gig for LCNMB in NYC? I won't be missing another one.:) Is it Lanaroo yet?
