No, he's not Allen Woody. Allen was unique, and was a monster in his own right. BUT, having said that, I believe Andy Hess was the right guy at the right time for this band. I'm a fan of good bass players, so I got two good ones to enjoy for Gov't Mule. As I said, I love Gov't Mule, past and present.
