yeah it stinks that the Braves havent made the playoffs for the first time in ten forevers.... but i need do need to gloat just a little bit, as it has been since 1993 that the Sillies have been NL East Champs. I guess all it took was moving this Philly girl away from the team.... anywho, i'm real proud of the boys this year, real proud. GO PHILLIES. and furthermore, i am so very stoked to finally get back to Macon this weekend for my first Gabba.....i wont arrive till Saturday morning and couldnt be more excited!!!!!! if anyone needs me to bring anything or whatnot please send me a PM. and finally, its my first offical day of work! yahoo! this is the best job i've had to date in my career and i'm real grateful. When i decided to make the move down south i couldnt really explain exactly WHY it felt right, but i had faith that it was the right thing to do. I was right, for a change......short of missing a decent cheesesteak, and a Wawa, (and playoff tickets for my favorite baseball team)....everything in Florida is better for me. Thank you all for helping me with the transition, and giving me the reassurance that i needed to get here. I keep a list in my head of all the good things in my life right now.....and they are all within "6 degrees of separation" from duane allman and his band. THANK YOU. :thewave: thoughts and prayers to those all around who dont feel like they are having the best of times right now, hang in there, have faith.....things will turn around.
