As I write this the clock has passed midnight in the Pacific time zone, so in 48 of the 50 United States it is the Sixth anniversary of the worst foreign attack on American soil. As politicians argue about the best (read self-serving) way to honor the fallen heroes, the perpetrator remains free to plot again.
Meanwhile over 3000 more Americans have died in Iraq for no good reason, although those in charge would have you believe that there is a connection between a secular country ruled by a dictatorial ba$tard & a religious fanatic.
I feel the best way to commemorate this day is to say a prayer (or more) for the fallen innocents of that dastardly day.
