I'm not talking about the land for highways. I'm talking about park land that has been there for years. I"m also familiar with the Freedom Park and all the open space in Inman Park and how it was created. That isn't my point at all. My question is why do those who opposed the parking deck (it's already been approved) make everyone believe it is going inside the existing boundaries of Piedmont Park and that valuable existing park land will be destroyed? It's disingenuous at best.
