Karen, that was a great review. Thanks for taking the time.... Really great, great news from Jody and Stephanie...Made my day!!!! Dropped by after work last evening to see Johnny W. Major improvement. No ventilator, his throat and breathing mechanisms working much better. Substantial use of both arms. Very alert, good color, temp down (pneumonia). They even brought in physical therapists to walk him around a little. Here's what happened: An old running buddy, on his last leg from a variety of health issues, made it by to see him at lunch. He tried to embrace the guy held his hand while he was talking, perked right up after that. Of course, the power of prayer is at work too. Stephanie, Jody, Johnny, so many others....we're in this together, we make a difference for each other. It really does matter. And I become more and more convinced daily that there is an overriding force, a power that has brought this whole thing together, and involved daily in our worlds. It's great to be along for the ride.
