Good norning, Carol,
Can't speak for anyone else, but I'm still toasty around the edges. I can say without a doubt this weekend has been one of my best this year. Got to spend the time with my old buddy Racin' Ray from Mobile and then got to meet so many cool people from the GB. Goliath & wife,GPM,AIQ,Cee Cee,
Linus, Benjamin, SDPB, Billy Eddins, Great Scott, etc., etc., Of course I want to thank Buppalo for all the hospitality. I don't know if your responsible for the party or not. Tell whoever is I had a great time.
Thoughts from the show: Great place. The open amphitheatre made for a magical sound. Like natural from the mountains. They started of strong. As strong as I've ever seeen them. Warren was on! Gregg playing and singing better than ever. Great solo during Mtn. Jam. Did I mention Mtn. Jam. Oteil palying much better than I've seen him. DTB was great! Racin' Ray said he really liked Yonrico.
Derek played really well with the band.
On monent during the slide megafest warm up to Hoochie Coohie Man. Gregg appeared to be just wathcing in amazement at Derek and Warren.
So many more wonderful moments like hollering at GPM and AIQ after the show like friends. And I do belive they are. Peace y'all. Got to fly back.
