Nobody has to serve unless they want too in this great country its been an all volunteer Army since 1976. I signed up in 78 and did my 21 years. Had some Great Commander and Chief's. Carter, Reagan, Bush, Clinton and Bush. I loved them all. Reagan was the best for our Military.
