WOW. Special show. It was fun to hang out on 75th St. with a smiling Jaimoe & Kurt, friendly & photogenic as always! Got to see a genuinely friendly Susan with the kids, and later for the mandatory Starbuck$ run... Friendly fans, an unusually Phillish intro that used a lets build up to crescendo format; the first set was not nearly as mind blowing as the second set but it's still early. Sky is crying is so sweet. The Weight was Great. Second set needs to be heard over & over, unbelievable breathtaking interplay between Warren & Derek. Guilded Splinters was pretty cool, but the encore was the highlight for me, they play so well together! Those who are about to go to the shows I salute you! Enjoy!!!
