Hey there sweet family, Hittin' the Web is about to open The Gig House - a new section that will spotlight bands you may not have heard about, but should. While it's always been our pleasure to feature undiscovered artists on Radio HTW, The Gig House will kick that notion up a notch by featuring them on the HTW home page, in dedicated HTW pages, and on the HTW Family calendar. Our goal is to jump start the family's interest in a few bands at a time, for a two-month period ... long enough for you to get a taste of what they're about and maybe even see them live. At the end of two months we'll give 'em a hug, open the door, and invite new bands into the Gig House. We're looking for volunteers to review CDs, write concert reviews, contribute pix, conjure up graphics, and form street teams for this project. Are you The Man? Are you The Woman? Let us know! The pay is non-existant, but the good karma and possibilities you'll harvest are endless.
