We had a major fire in our downtown district last evening, wiped out several businesses, caused power to be cut to our regular watering hole. So, a bunch of us oldsters migrated to a newer place that caters to much younger folk. I was there over 3 hours, they had the ABB on the box when I got there, still playing when I left. All of Fillmore, and Hittin' the Note was still on when I left. Amazing to watch all these late-20's to early-30's types so deeply into quality music. Several went to the Christmas Jam, many are going to Atlanta for Panic. Very encouraging. For the first time in my 58 years, for the last 2-3, Gadsden has been a good place to live. Never, ever thought I'd say that. JNB, it's good to know it's "in the mail." Bill, say hello to Jimmy for us. EAPFP
