Basil, That's cool finding Feb 6, 1972 Allman Brothers ticket stub. I saw the Allman Brothers for the first time a week before or after that date in Peoria, Illinois at "The Barn". Actual horse barn with a concrete floor. I remember Dickey playing slide and having his hair cut short. Berry Oakley pounded the audience. "EAT A PEACH" had just been released. They played some of "Filmore East" and many songs from "Eat a Peach". I was senior in high school. The Allman Brothers had a mic set up on stage where Duane would have played. He had died 4 or 5 months before this date. They still cooked that night. Charlie
