Great idea on the children posts, it is cool to read of our young uns here. I have a gorgeous blonde 17 year old daughter, Toni Marie. She is fiercely independant, and finding her way in the world. School was not for her, and she will GED soon. She maybe regrets her not finishing school, but the world was calling, and she had to see it. I have a son Derek who is with his brother Dale, both in heaven. They were 17 and 15 respectively, and would be 19 and 25 respectively now. Derek was a great skater, did stunts, and loved to snowboard also. He was signed up to the Navy before he died. Dale loved the outdoors and hiking and camping. He died enjoying his love of the woods. I'm not the greatest dad, and was worse before, but the main thing is talk, talk, talk to your kids and don't just push your notions of how life should be on them.
