Carol Bluefox, I'm kind of partial to Honey Monk's Lexington #1 BBQ although I've heard Speedy's gives you more and is good. Brent I believe the drink of choice in the restaurant is iced tea, but I'll bet there is more than one pint or quart of moonshine in the parking lot.
Of course the Rendezvous in Memphis does have some incredible ribs. I'm partial to the vinegar based (Eastern NC style? Que) but when in Rome the Nator does as Romans do. If they be eating brisket, Nate smaking on brisket. If they dry rubbin', Chaswell is dry rubbin'. Somebody said it's all good.
