Good Morning from Colorado..... I'll post a write up later, but the gathering of the tribe was a great sucess....... Jack and Phyllis threw a WONDERFUL party. Seeing my favorite old cronies was soooo good. All went to see Devon (wow) and Derek sitting in for a couple. The weather was a challenge last night, but the show was great. I'll say one thing..... the weather brought out some bad in people..... heavy drinking inspired no doubt by crummy weather. We had some shoulder shoving incidents and some words..... some falling drunks, some riff raff.... so even Colorado folks have a crabby side 🙂 Gregg was the Boy in the Bubble show..... in an improvised tarp "box" he played in. I'll say one thing..... Yonder fans dance weird 🙂 Hillbilly stomp on speed is best description. Give too many drugs ro pig feedin' hippie hillbillies and you produce Yonder fans 🙂 Banjo's are cool but I feel like I need a straw hat now 🙂 Lookin' forward to first MULE! We betta have betta weather. ABB show: AAAA music DDDD weather AAAA friends CCCC manners AAAAA weird dancing (hillbilly stomp) BBBB keeping dry and that averages still to an AAAA....... Saw Gregg in hallway last night, wimped on approaching...... he looks good now... trim and smilin' Devon is definitely going to carry Allman torch on....... he played Midnite Rider with pappa.... I got touched by that. Smiling over at dad....... playing the big lead....... singing a verse. BTW, Devon is stage presence opposite oF Gregg.... jump, stomps, spinns and he is the physical (body stance and look) of Duane..... it is amazing........ a new fan is borne (ME)... BYE TILL SOMETIME....
