I just PM'd Woody. Briefly, what I'll share here is what my Aussie friends told me about their gigs. They get 6 (paid) weeks off a year AND it's accruable. So the work real hard, take little time off, and in about 5 years or so, they take off maybe up to 4 or 5 months. Then they travel like crazy--go all over Asia or Europe or America. And come back to the same job.
Corporate USA should look into this concept.....never happen, of course.
