I did a little experiment.I meditated for 20 minutes and my pulse was in the high 50's.I was calm and relaxed.Then I thought of an event that had pissed me off this last year and my pulse was in the high 80's,I would bet my blood pressure was up there as well.I was in a violent mood and basically back in the past.Proves to me that long held anger is not good for your own health.Learn to let that stuff go and focus on the positives. easier said than done sometimes but I believe its the way to go
I love this saying a friend used yesterday in a PM and I am adopting it as a way of life "Eff the bozos"
