Damn, it's a surprise I was never baned from this site - I remember Linnie telling me to "step away from the computer" and Matt offering a simple "DON'T" during the Peachy Awards last year. Took me a few more months to catch on......
Trouble with chat boards and forums, etc. is there's often no time given by someone in crisis to ensure that brain is hooked up to mouth (or keyboard, in this case). We can all learn this - altho much of the time it's the hard way.
