I don't come around here much anymore and I realize many of you don't even know who the hell I am, but I'll pose a serious question to you all..... some here say the Brothers and their management may be looking at playing venues where they can make some jack. Wanna make some jack in Hot'Lanta? Ditch Hi-Fi Buys, formerly known as Lakewood, give us a 5 night run at the Fabulous Fox on Peachtree. Now, here's my question....who here would travel to Atlanta for 5 nights of "An Evening With the Allman Brothers Band"? I'm partial to autumn in Atlanta, by the way. The way I see it, maybe the Brothers would prefer to know more about what we want and where as opposed to hearing the bitching about where they play, the setlists, the negative history of business dealings from 1970something, etc, etc, etc.... Hmmmm, Beacon in the spring, Fox in the fall. I can dig it. I just love it when I see a bunch of long hairs roaming around Peachtree in Allman Brothers t-shirts! 😀
