$125. is a bargain, for a ticket (speeding ticket, that is). About a year ago, I got pulled over for running a red light. Very boarderline, 1AM, no traffic at all. I think he was looking for a DUI, but it wasn't me, so he opted for the red light ticket. It was $440. I was floored. I went to our county traffic court and they have this system, that makes you wait at least 4 hours and in most cases longer. My option was either wait or pay, so I decided to pay and sign up for online driver school, to drop the points of my DMV record.
